When adding or replacing a Freedom Maker, please see these tips about how best to fill out your form because the details matter!
- Clearly outline the new tasks you want to delegate.
- Add any required availability, such as during certain business hours.
- Add platforms that you require/prefer your Freedom Maker to know.
- The less you require, the broader the net.
- The more you require, the net will be smaller.
- We still screen for skills if they are listed as “preferred” versus “required”, but we won’t disqualify Freedom Makers that have comparable experience on similar platforms.
- Consider what level of Freedom Maker you need by annotating the rate you prefer. If the internal team doesn’t think the rate aligns to the tasks, we will reach out to you.
- In the form, please add an estimate of hours needed.
- If it is a special project, please annotate when you want the project completed.
Add a Freedom Maker
- If you want to add another Freedom Maker, please submit **this form.**
- We ask that you first check with your current Freedom Maker to see if they have the skillsets/bandwidth needed.
Replace a Freedom Maker
- To replace a Freedom Maker, please email our Client Success Manager or book a call so we can discuss any issues surrounding the assignment, and any changes in tasks or hours. We will then walk you through the replacement process.
- We will ask that you identify the last working day for your Freedom Maker. A 2-week courtesy notice is preferred, but we understand that sometimes immediate change is necessary.
- You have the option of notifying your Freedom Maker yourself, or asking us to do it instead.
- After your original Freedom Maker has entered all hours into Ivy, we will transfer the balance to your replacement Freedom Maker’s Ivy assignment.
- In order to keep your account from going inactive, please let us know if you’d like a replacement within 30 days of notification.
