Add a Freedom Maker
- Please first ask your current Freedom Maker if she’s willing to take on the new tasks.
- If you still want to add a Freedom Maker, submit **this form** or book a call with our Client Success Team.
- If the new tasks warrant a new rate, the Client Success Team will be in touch to discuss the rate.
Replace a Freedom Maker
- To replace your Freedom Maker, **first **book a call to discuss any issues or changes. We will then guide you through the replacement process, including:
- Identifying the last working day. A 2-week notice is preferred, but we understand if an immediate change is needed.
- Notification: Will you notify your Freedom Maker or will we?
- Ivy: Refund or transfer the remaining hours to your replacement Freedom Maker?
- Deadline: To keep your account active, please let us know if you’d like a replacement within 30 days of notification.
