The Kick Off Call is a 30 minute Zoom call with your Freedom Maker, hosted by a member of our success team. The purpose is to establish the foundation of your assignment. Your Freedom Maker will log this 30 minute call in Ivy.

• Introduction and explanation of the Success Teams
• Position-specific information
  • Identify #1 priority and weekly and/or daily rhythm/tasks
  • Identify working hours for each side (hard stops/general working hours, etc)
  • Explain turnaround times
  • Confirm estimated hours per week/month
  • How will tasks be communicated (CRM software, working document, email, etc)
  • Please be prepared to schedule your one-on-one onboarding meeting with your Freedom Maker (setting up emails/ giving access to systems, etc.)
• If time allows, the last 5 min of the call will be just between the host and you for feedback, concerns, etc. </aside>
