1. We will check in with you quarterly, at a minimum, to ensure things are going smoothly for you. Additionally, you will be provided the option of a face-to-face “Success Checkpoint” with a member of our Client Success Team at the two-month mark and at your annual anniversary.
  2. Should you need a replacement or additional Freedom Maker, we will make that transition as seamless as possible, so hopefully reduce impact to your workflows.
  3. We return all phone calls and emails within one business day. Our internal team works asynchronously, so we will coordinate any issues among the team as quickly as possible.
  4. We will provide support and recommendations for problem-solving issues with your Freedom Maker, including Freedom Maker Success Management Team discussions with the Freedom Maker, searching for a replacement Freedom Maker, recommending techniques to mitigate problems, and sharing feedback.
  5. Since the Freedom Makers are Independent Contractors (1099), they are not considered employees of Freedom Makers Virtual Services. We screen and vet all who apply to become part of our community so that we only provide excellent candidates for our clients.
  6. While we are not an employment agency, there are times when the client wants to hire their Freedom Maker and end their contract with FMVS. We will help you walk through that process in a way that fits our company culture. Please refer to your contract for more information about directly hiring your Freedom Maker.
