As FMVS continues to grow, we continue to evaluate our programs to ensure they remain sustainable, equitable, and aligned with long-term client value.
Beginning April 1, we will be discontinuing Monthly Rewards.
While some clients appreciated the bonus structure, we have determined that simplifying the program allows us to focus on consistency and delivering the highest level of service across the board. Our goal is for your engagement to reflect your business needs and growth strategy, not incentive timing.
In addition, we are refining our Annual Rewards.
Instead of receiving $1 off each hour purchased during your anniversary month, clients will now receive one complimentary hour during their anniversary cycle. For most clients, particularly those purchasing fewer than 40 hours each month, the new structure will offer greater overall value, while also making the anniversary reward more meaningful.
These changes reduce complexity and ensure we are investing our energy and resources where they matter most: delivering exceptional support, strong Freedom Maker partnerships, and long-term stability for your business.
