Feel free to use this list as a starting point for incorporating technology into your Assignment with your Freedom Maker. This is just a small selection of tools we particularly enjoy. Please note that we don't receive any compensation for recommending these products.
- Loom is a screen recording platform for creating and sharing training videos. It enables users to record their screen and/or camera, add captions and annotations, and easily share the result. Loom is particularly useful for onboarding new employees, training remote workers, and producing instructional videos for your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Tango is a screen-capture tool for creating SOPs. It simplifies the process of making training guides by recording your actions as you work. Tango automatically converts each step into clear documentation with accompanying graphics.
- Zoom or Google Meet are video conferencing platforms that enable users to make voice and video calls, share screens, and collaborate on documents in real-time.
- Google Chat and Slack are team communication platforms that enable users to chat, share files, and collaborate on projects. These tools also allow the creation of dedicated channels for specific tasks or projects, where materials can be shared efficiently.
- Asana, ClickUp, Trello, and Monday.com are project and task management platforms that enhance collaboration, boost productivity, help meet deadlines, and ensure thorough task completion.
- SmartSuite, Streak, Pipeline, and Zoho are examples of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. These tools help organize contacts, track interactions and issues, and enhance marketing efforts.
- A Password Vault will keep your passwords secure and ensure they are safely shared with your Freedom Maker. You can also share other information, such as frequent flyer numbers and credit cards.
