We offer two types of Success Checkpoints: Initial and Annual.

These are short on-camera calls with a member of our Client Success Team. They have proven to be very valuable to both our clients and the internal team at FMVS.

Of course, if you would like to talk at another time in your assignment journey, you are welcome to book a call with us!

Initial Success Checkpoint

At your 4-week check-in, we will invite you to schedule a quick 15-minute video call to discuss how things are going, identify any roadblocks, and generally check in to ensure everything is going smoothly and your business needs are being met. During our meeting, we will:

• Discuss how things are going
• Review Ivy hours
• Review communication practices
• Review tasks

Annual Success Checkpoint

We want to celebrate your anniversary by inviting you to a quick 30-minute video call to learn about and celebrate all of the successes you both have had during your assignment together. We will deep dive into your feedback about your assignment and FMVS. During our meeting, we will:

• Discuss how things are going
• Ask about your experience with Ivy
• Check in about what resources or tools would be beneficial to you
• Discuss how your business practices have changed during your time together, and if you have any best practices you would like to share
• Ask about your feedback about our company, to include our Rewards and Referral program and the client newsletter
