With a little preparation, bringing on your Freedom Maker will go smoothly.
- Please think through all the systems your Freedom Maker will need access to, as well as how you will share passwords.
- Think through what areas your Freedom Maker will need training, and set those meetings.
- Talk through expectations. We have an optional expectation agreement that can help you think through the various areas.
- Discuss points of contacts that the Freedom Maker will be working with. Do you need to send out an introduction to these contacts?
- This sample onboarding agenda can help get you started in planning your onboarding meeting.
- Our number one successful practice is the recurring meeting. Whether it’s weekly or every other week, actively meet with your Freedom Maker to discuss feedback (both ways) and status of tasks. When onboarding, please be sure to include this critical step into your planning. We have an example recurring meeting agenda to help you get started.
