Some clients want to give their Freedom Makers a rate increase, often timed with the assignment’s anniversary or a milestone. In these cases, 100% of the increase goes directly to the Freedom Maker.

For example, if you choose to give your Freedom Maker a $1 rate increase, your rate will also increase by $1—all of which goes directly to them.

If FMVS later raises rates that same year, we will not apply an additional increase if your rate is already above the new standard.
