Please remember, we ask that you prepay the hours you project your Freedom Maker to work. This can be done weekly, bi-weekly, monthly—whatever is best for you!

Remember: hours never expire and all unused hours are refundable, so you don’t have to worry about losing prepaid hours.

If you have a negative balance in Ivy, you will receive automated emails from Ivy and a weekly personal reminder from your CSM team. If the assignment is more than -5 hours or is negative too long, we may need to pause the assignment until Ivy hours are positive.
