Please remember, we ask that you prepay the hours you project your Freedom Maker to work. This can be done weekly, bi-weekly, monthly—whatever is best for you!

Remember: hours never expire and unused hours are refundable, so you don’t have to worry about losing prepaid hours.

If you have a negative balance in Ivy, you will receive automated emails from Ivy and a weekly personal reminder from your CSM team. We may pause the assignment until Ivy hours are positive.


Initial Setup

  1. Set up your payment method
  2. Add hours to Ivy, then create a subscription (auto-reload or monthly), if desired, or submit this form for us to set it up for you
  3. Verify users and the billing email address
    1. In Ivy, you can have multiple users, in order to allow more than one person access to adding hours or running reports.
    2. There is only one billing email address, however. This person will be the one to receive low- or negative-hour notifications from Ivy.
  4. Set up your notifications. You cannot turn off notifications for negative balances.
