Please remember, we ask that you prepay the hours you project your Freedom Maker to work. This can be done weekly, bi-weekly, monthly—whatever is best for you!
Remember: hours never expire and unused hours are refundable, so you don’t have to worry about losing prepaid hours.
If you have a negative balance in Ivy, you will receive automated emails from Ivy and a weekly personal reminder from your CSM team. We may pause the assignment until Ivy hours are positive.
Initial Setup
- Set up your payment method
- Add hours to Ivy, then create a subscription (auto-reload or monthly), if desired, or submit this form for us to set it up for you
- Verify users and the billing email address
- In Ivy, you can have multiple users, in order to allow more than one person access to adding hours or running reports.
- There is only one billing email address, however. This person will be the one to receive low- or negative-hour notifications from Ivy.
- Set up your notifications. You cannot turn off notifications for negative balances.

Set up Ivy to automatically load hours. Subscriptions are either:
- Threshold (Auto-Reload) (add xx hours when the balance threshold hits y)
- Monthly (each month, add xx hours).
