If you want to change your tasks, add new platforms, or increase or decrease your hours estimate, we ask that you are transparent with your Freedom Maker and discuss the changes. If your Freedom Maker does not have the bandwidth or skillset, you can ask for an Additional Freedom Maker to join your team!
If you want to remove tasks or hours, please notify your Freedom Maker as well, in order to keep expectations aligned. If the hours reduce, your Freedom Maker may decide to take on an additional client, to meet budgetary or professional goals.
Once you two agree on a new way forward, please send the Client Success Team a note, so that we are aware of the new arrangement.
