If you want to add tasks, new platforms, or increase hours, please be transparent with your Freedom Maker and discuss the changes. If your Freedom Maker doesn’t have the bandwidth or skillset, contact the Client Success Team to discuss adding a Freedom Maker to your team!
If you want to remove tasks or hours, again, please notify your Freedom Maker, in order to keep expectations aligned. If the hours reduce, your Freedom Maker may decide to take on an additional client, to meet budgetary or professional goals.
Once you two agree on a new way forward, please send the Client Success Team a note, so that we are aware of the new arrangement.

Please note: Changes in tasks may result in a change in rate, to include our specialty rates. We want to ensure our Freedom Makers are fairly compensated for the work they provide. Please discuss rate changes with the Client Success Team, rather than your Freedom Maker.
