The majority of our Assignments close on good terms. However, there have been a few occasions when they do not.

Upon an Assignment closure, we assess both client and Freedom Maker feedback, the reasons the Assignment ended, and any trends or patterns of behavior. We also understand that this may be a product of personality differences.
- If the findings are negative, our team may need to assess whether standards were violated, either on the client side or the Freedom Maker side.
- If so, the leadership team may determine that it is necessary to terminate the contract and conclude the working relationship.
- Examples that would warrant immediate client termination include:
- Cruel or degrading behavior toward the Freedom Maker
- Continuous nonpayment or negative balance
- Blatant misalignment toward the military spouse lifestyle or FMVS business model
- Unprofessional behavior
- If the findings are negative, but do not warrant an immediate end to our relationship, the Client Success Team will communicate with you prior to moving forward with a replacement. We will discuss ways to improve consistency, organization, communication, professionalism, or other areas that may have impacted the assignment.

- It is of the utmost importance to us that we honor the trust our military spouses and clients place in us, and create supportive environments for all parties involved.
