Expectations around paying your Freedom Maker:

• Pay for all travel expenses (gas, flight, hotel, Uber, etc).
• Pay them hourly for all travel and all required events (for example, a required working lunch—pay hourly and pay for the lunch, conference fee, etc).
• You do not have to pay hourly for time off (such as a non-required lunch or time in the hotel room when not working)
• You can pay them directly, or we can pay them (contact your Account Manager for more info).

If you plan to have your Freedom Maker travel, please Contact your Account Manager. This helps us understand that their logged hours will be higher than normal, which would normally flag us during our review.
